Terms of Service
LinkLayer is a content-management tool for creators: organize media, generate affiliate links from your own network accounts, and schedule posts to the social accounts you connect. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts & access
You need an account to use LinkLayer. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to hold the social and affiliate accounts you connect.
Your content
You retain all rights to the media and links you upload or capture. You grant LinkLayer only the limited permission needed to store your content and to publish the posts you schedule to the platform accounts you connect. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.
Connected platforms
When you connect Instagram or Pinterest, you authorize LinkLayer to publish content on your behalf using tokens stored encrypted at rest. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including Meta's and Pinterest's developer and platform terms. You can disconnect any platform at any time in Settings.
Affiliate links
LinkLayer generates affiliate links from creator IDs you provide (e.g. an Amazon associate tag). LinkLayer never collects or splits your commission — it is paid by the affiliate networks directly to you. You are responsible for complying with each affiliate network's program rules and with applicable disclosure laws, including making the disclosures the FTC requires (such as a clear "#ad" or affiliate statement) on the posts where you share these links.
Subscription & billing
LinkLayer offers a free tier and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings; your plan stays active through the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. Except where required by law, amounts paid for a period already started are non-refundable. Current prices and plan limits are shown in the app and may change on notice, with any change applying to future billing periods. Your content and tracked links remain yours and stay exportable if you cancel or downgrade.
Acceptable use
Do not use LinkLayer to publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach platform limits or security, or abuse the service's infrastructure. We may suspend access that violates these terms or the connected platforms' policies.
Service & disclaimer
LinkLayer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party APIs and may fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, LinkLayer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
