LinkLayer (linklayer.app) — how to delete your data

Delete your data

  • In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, uploaded media, links, posts, and every connected platform token.
  • Disconnect a single platform: Settings → Connected platforms → Disconnect. This removes the stored access token for that platform only.
  • From Instagram/Facebook: remove LinkLayer under Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the data obtained through that login (your Instagram connection and its access token).

What gets deleted

Account-level deletion removes all data we hold about you: profile, media files, product links, posts and their scheduling history, engagement metrics, storefront, click-tracking data, and all platform access tokens. Platform-only deletion removes the connection and token for that platform.
